Persons with Acute Problems:  Take 6 Capsules (2 Capsules, 3 Times a Day) on an empty stomach 1 Hour to 10 Minutes before meals.  If you forget to take a dosage, don't skip it; take it with your meal.  You must take the Essential Amino Acids with a good Multi-Vitamin (1 Capsule 3 Times a Day with each meal) and Flax/Borage Oil (1 Capsule 3 Times a Day with meals; 2 Capsules with Breakfast and 1 Capsule with Lunch and Dinner) for optimal absorption. 

For Health Maintenance:  Take 4 Capsules (2 Capsules, 2 Times a Day) on an empty stomach 1 Hour to 10 Minutes before meals.  If you forget to take a dosage, don't skip it; take it with your meal.  You must take the Essential Amino Acids with a good Multi-Vitamin (1 Capsule 2 Times a Day with meals) and Flax/Borage Oil (1 Capsule 2 Times a Day with meals) for optimal absorption.
